Greeting
In order to provide benefits to customers and contribute to society by creating local employment,
I would like to continue to strive

I previously worked at a general logistics trading company as a salesperson and manager of the overseas export department. At that time, I realized that ``a warehouse is not only a place to store products, but also to handle inventory management, distribution processing, delivery/transportation arrangements, etc., and that a large number of people, including part-time workers and home workers, are essential.''
On the other hand, in Japan today, the problem of labor shortage due to the declining birthrate and aging population is becoming increasingly serious. No matter how advanced AI and robots become, there are still tasks in logistics that can only be done by humans.
Furthermore, there are many people in the area who cannot go out to work due to their own circumstances, such as housewives, the elderly, and people working in welfare facilities for the disabled.
Thinking that we could make better use of this dormant labor force, we established Logi Ways, whose main business is in-house processing.
At Logi Ways, in order to overturn the negative image of conventional home-based jobs such as ``only doing simple manual work'' or ``only being entrusted with a small amount of work,'' we provide on-the-job training (OJT) to improve quality and technical skills for approximately 300 employees. We have been aiming to organize home jobs, such as building a system to manage home staff.
Furthermore, we learned that it was difficult for people with disabilities to find regular employment, so in 2014 we opened Wakua, an employment and training type welfare facility. The concept is to allow people with disabilities to work under the same conditions as regular workers, and to do work that is difficult enough to match their abilities. People who were unable to work at regular companies simply because they have a mild disability are honing their skills and working with enthusiasm, saying, ``I find it rewarding to work when I'm busy.'' Additionally, work that requires hygiene management and security is carried out at our own workplace. Motivated individuals are assigned higher-level work at our company's workshop to advance their careers.
Utilizing the product processing and logistics know-how gained through my day job, we have developed a new business model called ``hospitality shipping agency,'' where if you entrust us with the materials for your product, we will handle everything from inspection to processing, gift wrapping, and shipping. I went. This one-stop service, which combines organized internal work and logistics, has succeeded in reducing the ``invisible costs'' that had been overlooked until now, and has made ``shipping agency'' possible with high cost performance.
We will continue to strive to ensure that this ``hospitality shipping agency'' provides our customers with the benefits that only a one-stop service can offer, and also helps contribute to society by creating local employment.
